Terms of Service — KlinFlow

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using KlinFlow services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Service Description

KlinFlow provides a suite of multi-tenant software solutions (including POS, DMS, HotelFlow, MedFlow, Bhata, and others) designed for organizational management. Each tenant operates as a separate, isolated environment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Accounts are organization-based (tenants). The individual who creates a tenant is designated the primary administrator and responsible for compliance with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use KlinFlow for unlawful or harmful activities.
Do not attempt to access or disrupt another tenant’s data.
Do not transmit malware, spam, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
Respect applicable data protection and intellectual property laws.

5. Data Ownership

Your organization retains full ownership of data stored within its tenant. KlinFlow processes this data solely to deliver and maintain the service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Free plans provide limited access and storage. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance or updates may cause brief interruptions, announced in advance where possible. KlinFlow is not liable for downtime caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Security & Compliance

KlinFlow uses encryption (TLS/HTTPS) and industry-standard safeguards. You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access within your organization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlinFlow and DependCore are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that jeopardize the platform’s integrity. You may close your tenant at any time; data deletion follows the retention policy described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All KlinFlow trademarks, logos, and software components remain the property of DependCore. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
