Account & Tenant Information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and tenant subdomain. For paid plans, we may collect billing details such as business address and tax ID.
Usage & Device Data
We automatically receive information such as IP address, browser type, time zone, and system logs to maintain performance and security. This includes activity logs and device metadata used for diagnostics and audit trails.
Communications
If you contact us or participate in support or training sessions, we collect messages and attachments necessary to respond or provide assistance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and secure the KlinFlow platform;
- To create and manage your tenant organization and users;
- To provide support, respond to inquiries, and improve our services;
- To send updates, invoices, and important notifications;
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and operational data as long as your tenant remains active. After termination, limited backups and logs are preserved for a defined retention period (usually 90 days) for audit and recovery purposes.
