Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing applies roughly a 10% discount versus paying month by month. Invoices can be issued in BDT with bank transfer or approved mobile financial services.
Is onboarding included?
Lite onboarding is included: tenant setup, initial configuration and short training. Complex projects such as multi-branch rollouts or custom integrations may require a separate implementation fee.
Can I add modules later?
Absolutely. Modules are add-on friendly. You can start with one or two and extend into Distribution, HR, Procurement or Finance as your needs grow. Billing adjusts from the next cycle.
Where is my data hosted?
KlinFlow runs on secure cloud infrastructure with data stored in reputable data centres. All access is over HTTPS and we maintain backups according to our retention policy.
